Disabled Athletes Program

Does the youth athlete have Down's Syndrome? Yes No
Studies have shown that approximately 10% of persons with Downs Syndrome have the condition of atlantoaxial dislocation. The Clubs TOPSoccer program requires cervical spine x-ray including full flexion and full extension views in order to determine the existence of dislocation and that a Physician complete a form to be provided to the Club office prior to acceptance in to the Club TOPSoccer program. The required form is available through the Club office.
